NOCRA (Northern Ontario Cottage Rental Association) is a non-for-profit
industry group dedicated to the support, development, and promotion of the
cottage rental industry in Northern Ontario.
NOCRA is the Northern Ontario Chapter of OCRA (Ontario Cottage
Rental Association).
OCRA is affiliated with both the
Canadian and
world-wide Cottage Rental Association (CRA)
NOCRA (Northern Ontario Cottage Rental Association) provides services
to its members and allied interests, promotes the cottage rental industry
with potential customers and government, and when requested, acts as an
independent industry facilitator and arbitrator for complaints for or
against NOCRA's members.
Since its formation in 2004, NOCRA's Executive and staff have
campaigned to built a critical mass in the cottage rental industry.
NOCRA's Board has resolved that all persons and organizations joining
NOCRA within the first year will automatically:
- Be declared a "Founding Members" of NOCRA

- Be entitled to use and display the Founding Member NOCRA logo on
their advertising materials and website.
- As long as the Founding Member's membership in NOCRA continuously
stays in "good standing", they will have a permanent seat and vote on
NOCRA's Board of Advisors.
Becoming a NOCRA Member
NOCRA membership is open to all persons and organizations who pay their
annual membership fee, and commit themselves to consistently meeting and
abiding by NOCRA's Policies and Standards
of Excellence. Membership can be obtained
on-line through NOCRA's website,
or by mailing the application form and payment to NOCRA's business
